PACIFIC RIM TONEWOODS

Pacific Rim Tonewoods needed to strengthen and update their brand in order to establish themselves as the leading purveyor of science-driven, sound-superior, sustainably-sourced tonewoods. They came to us seeking a logo that would reflect both the “Craftsman” and “Scientist” personas that characterize their work – grounded, innovative, diligent, and precise.

SEVENTH STRING BOWLS

A sister company from the team behind Pacific Rim Tonewoods - Seventh String Bowls takes the wood not used for sound boards and using their proprietary method, turns them into heirloom quality bowls. The mark has strong ties to the PRT brand while evoking the cyclical nature of wood turning, and the wholistic approach to their businesses.

SOLSTICE ENERGY CO-OP

Solstice Energy Co-op is a newly-established nonprofit organization aiming to make solar power and other green energy sources more broadly accessible through collective ownership. They came to us seeking a brand to help launch their initiative, as they apply for funding, establish partnerships, and attract new members.

BOLD BIRDY

Bold Birdy’s aim is to support curious and fearless kids in their exploration of the natural world. Their field guides and accessible scientific instruments inspire connections to nature and foster self discovery. The brand elements we created are the foundation for a brave and joyful visual identity that will grow as they do.

CIARA SHARPE

Fisheries Biologist, Ciara Sharpe, was looking for a brand to lend her new consulting business legitimacy. As a recent M.SC. graduate, she wanted to make a positive, impactful first impression with potential clients and communities, and be taken seriously alongside her competitors.
